Kaizer Chiefs: TENTH exit confirmed!

Posted on September 5, 2025

Kaizer Chiefs have now released TEN players.

Kaizer Chiefs have offloaded a total of 10 players this transfer window.

So, let’s take a look at all of Amakhosi’s departures so far.

FULL LIST OF CHIEFS DEPARTURES SO FAR

  • Ranga Chivaviro
  • Njabulo Blom
  • Sabelo Radebe
  • Edmilson Dove
  • Mduduzi Mdantsane
  • Yusuf Maart
  • Tebogo Potsane
  • Bongani Sam
  • Xolani Cossa
  • Ntandoyenkosi Nkosi

As reported on The South African, Chiefs DDC captain, Cossa, has been loaned out to Botswana side, Black Lions.

He becomes Amakhosi’s latest player departure.

However, there is a player release that has flown under the radar. Chiefs DDC midfielder, Nkosi, is now playing for PSL rivals, TS Galaxy.

Meaning, Amakhosi have offloaded eight senior players and two DDC stars so far.

MORE AMAKHOSI PLAYER DEPARTURES EXPECTED

It has been widely reported by several reputable outlets that Chiefs midfielder Edson Castillo has been released by the Soweto giants.

Therefore, Amakhosi may already have released 11 players (that’s a team worth of players). However, that will not stop Chiefs management from trimming their squad even more.

Fiacre Ntwari is the other Amakhosi player who has fallen out of favour with Nabi and Chiefs.
