Posted on October 23, 2025

Kaizer Chiefs have a major decision to make regarding their the future of one of their first-team players.

Rwandan goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari stole the headlines after refusing to follow management’s instructions in a recent cup match.

After failing to listen to the coaching staff, Ntwari’s future at Naturena is reportedly in doubt!

Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper tipped to leave in January

According to the latest transfer gossip, Kaizer Chiefs are contemplating letting go of Fiacre Ntwari.

Ntwari could leave the club as soon as in the upcoming January transfer window!

“With relations seemingly strained, all indications point towards an uncertain future for Ntwari at Naturena as the January transfer window approaches,” a Citizen report read.

Ntwari joined the Glamour Boys at the beginning of last season from TS Galaxy.

Since joining the club, he has made just eight appearances for the club.

In total, Ntwari conceded 11 goals for Kaizer Chiefs, while keeping two clean-sheets for the club.

Overseas interest in Ntwari

Given the fact that Ntwari is an experienced international, it won’t be difficult for Kaizer Chiefs to sell him.

In fact, there were already offers for his services from abroad! Rwandan head coach Adel Amrouche confirmed that his star man is a wanted man.

“A lot of teams contacted me, but the team asked for a lot of money. You must be realistic,” Amrouche told IDiski Times.
