Kaizer Chiefs’ decisions on 18 players

It’s been a flying start for Kaizer Chiefs in the Betway Premiership with four wins and a draw in five games.

Part of the success is due to Amakhosi’s squad overhaul this winter. Ten new signings have arrived at Lena Road, while eight others have moved on.

Some of the standout names include Asanele Velebayi, Lebohang Maboe, Etiosa Ighodaro, and Yusuf Maart’s unexpected departure.

2. Peseka Mako – Left back

3. Nkanyiso Shinga – Left back

4. Ethan Chislett – Attacking midfielder

5. Siphesihle Ndlovu – Midfielder

6. Flavio Silva – Striker

7. Asanele Velebayi – Winger

8. Luke Baartman – Attacking midfielder

9. Etiosa Ighodaro – Striker

10. Lebohang Maboe – Midfielder.

EIGHT PLAYERS RELEASED BY KAIZER CHIEFS

On 29 July, the Betway Premiership announced the departure of Tebogo Potsane, bringing the club’s exit list to eight players.

4. Edmilson Dove – Left back

5. Mduduzi Mdantsane – Midfielder
