iDiski TV analyst Junior Khanye has described Bafana Bafana midfielder Sipho Mbule as ‘class’ following his starring role for the national team.
Mbule was given a starting berth against Lesotho in Friday evening’s 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifier after earning a late call-up following teammate Patrick Maswanganyi’s withdrawal due to injury.
Khanye was very impressed with how Mbule conducted himself and made Bafana tick as they romped to a convincing 3-0 win over Likuena.
“Class is permanent. Sipho Mbule knows that,” Khanye told iDiski TV.
“Sipho is supposed to be far, which is possible still if he’s a boy that can remain focused and double up his effort because it’s very difficult to put out fires on a reputation.
“Sipho Mbule, class is permanent. I think Sipho is ready for anything. He knows it’s a second chance and he grabbed it with both hands.
“They played him number 10 and Sipho is best in central midfielder.
“He mastered it. Hardly losing the ball and look at the turning. Effortless.
“He made us play.”
