Frustrated Beganovic Gives Update On FIFA Ban

TS Galaxy head coach Adnan Beganovic has expressed his frustrations regarding the FIFA bans imposed on his side, as it is affecting how he wants to work.

Galaxy’s troubles with world governing body have been widely reported, but the club insist they have paid all the money they owed.

However, they have been struggling to register new players for the first three matches this season, having the thinnest bench and got knocked out of the MTN8, while losing their two opening Betway Premiership matches.

Beganovic told the media in Polokwane after his side’s 1-0 loss to Sekhukhune United that the situation is solvable because they do not owe FIFA anymore.

“I hope so, every day because we sorted everything I think 10 days ago,” said Beganovic.

“FIFA needs to remove that ban because we paid already 10 days ago. I don’t know what’s happening in FIFA.

“Obviously, immediately we’d have an opportunity to register all players and then we could be much, much better.”

The coach added that management is doing everything in their power to fasten the process, however no one at FIFA is responding to their mails.

“Trust me, people in the club, the chairman, everybody who is involved in the club are trying to do everything, and they send mail every day, trying to push but I don’t know what’s happening with FIFA” added the 42 year old.

“Just nobody don’t respond to our mail because we just sent all payments it’s not about millions, it’s just about small money. And I don’t know why it’s taking a lot of time to do that.

“I hope in a couple next days they can remove that and then we can have opportunity to do what we need to do.

“If I look in professional way, yes, it’s frustrating because I want to win, I want to collect points. I want to show power, how we want to play, how we want to create chances.

“But when you don’t have opportunity, when you don’t have strength from the bench you know you don’t have a whole squad. In that way again, if you account everything I say, I need to stay calm.

“I need to stay in a professional way. I stay humble and then try to sort everything because this club deserves to be in the middle of the log table and I promise you guys in the end we’ll reach that.”
