Former Orlando Pirates star tips Mbule to move to Europe ASAP

Former Orlando Pirates midfielder William ‘Naughty’ Mokoena has encouraged Bucs midfielder Sipho Mbule to secure a move to Europe soon.

The 27-year-old has impressed since joining the Buccaneers this season. His form has saw him get recalled to the Bafana Bafana squad where he produced two good performances against Lesotho and Nigeria.

“I want to send a message to Sipho Mbule,” Mokoena said, as quoted by KickOff.

“This is your time to man up and show people who you really are. I’m going to tell you this now: don’t try to do things to prove anything to people. Prove yourself first; the rest will follow,” he added.

“I don’t see you in the next six months playing in South Africa. You have to go. You have to go abroad. Somebody is watching you. I wish you all the best, my boy. Keep pushing, keep hustling. Sebenza. Rhereza,” Mokoena added.

Mbule is expected to start when Orlando Pirates faces Stellenbosch FC in the final of the MTN8 on Saturday evening. The Buccaneers have won three consecutive MTN8 finals and are favourites to claim another title this weekend.

Will Mbule be in SA next season?
