Fadlu Davids has collected his second win with Raja Club Athletic since taking over the Moroccan giants.
Davids left Simba SC to return to Raja, where he won the double unbeaten as assistant under Josef Zinnbauer two seasons ago.
On Saturday evening, Davids’ men grinded out a 1-0 win over Olympique Dcheira thanks to an goal by Adam Ennafati.
The victor saw Raja climb into second place on the Botola Pro log, with 11 points – just one behind leaders MAS de Fes, who have played one more game.
Thembinkosi Lorch’s Wydad Athletic Club are in fourth place with 10 points from four games. Both Moroccan giants will meat each other in the Casablanca derby on 29 October.
