Edition 225 – Mbokazi & Makgalwa

Posted on October 8, 2025

The 225th edition of iDiski Times is out now — and it’s packed with compelling features, exclusive interviews, and powerful voices from across the football world.

Sinethemba Sithole caught up with Wonder Mnguni, who coached Mbekezeli Mbokazi at Langalibalele Academy, before his move Orlando Pirates,  and how he always knew he had a star on his hands.

Lethabo Kganyago, meanwhile, spoke with Sekhukhune United’s Keletso Makgalwa about the club’s excellent start to the league campaign.

With all eyes on Bafana Bafana, Matshelane Mamabolo looks ahead to the key World Cup qualifiers against Zimbabwe and Rwanda and the familiar goalkeepers who will try to stop Hugo Broos’ men.

Lethabo also chatted to former Mamelodi Sundowns star Tebogo Langerman, who recently joined Baroka, and is still going strong at the age of 39.

We also have a look at all the standout goalkeeping performances so far this season in the Betway Premiership, and how South Africans are dominating the early stats.

All that, plus the latest whispers from the Rumour Mill and our not-to-be-missed coaching column by Moritz Kossmann.
