Confirmed Chiefs starting 11 vs TS Galaxy

Posted on December 7, 2025

Kaizer Chiefs have travelled north to battle TS Galaxy at the Mbombela Stadium this afternoon at 15:30.

Co-coach Cedric Kaze is missing from the team sheet, with only Khalil Ben Youssef listed. The Tunisian has made three changes after midweek’s draw against Chippa United in Gqeberha.

KHANYISA MAYO STARS FOR KAIZER CHIEFS

Coach Youssef and Kaze are feeling the heat after three games without victory, while hosts TS Galaxy come off a draw and a victory over Golden Arrows.

The Rockets are aiming to jump from eighth to fifth position, while a win for Kaizer Chiefs will lift them from fifth to third place, and most crucially, level on points with the second-placed defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns on 26 points.

On the team news front, Mayo has replaced Asanele Velebayi on the left wing, at right-back, Dillan Solomons is in for Thabiso Monyane, while Mduduzi Shabalala has retained his place in the attacking midfield as Nkosingiphile Ngcobo drops out of the squad.

Samukelo Mahlambi and Puso Dithejane are TS Galaxy’s main attacking threats, combining for 16 goal contributions this season. Mahlambi has delivered five goals and three assists, while Dithejane has added four goals and four assists.
