Chippa & Chiefs Starting XIs Announced

Posted on December 4, 2025

Chippa United and Kaizer Chiefs have announced their starting XIs for tonight’s Betway Premiership encounter.

Both teams are meeting each other in contrasting form, with the Chilli Boys winless since September, having picked up just four points in their last eight games.

Chiefs, meanwhile, have only lost once this season and could reclimb into third place with a win in Gqeberha.

Amakhosi are the SA team with two outstanding fixtures before the season goes into the AFCON break, the other being Sunday’s clash with TS Galaxy – and could potentially even level Orlando Pirates’ points tally of 28 before the break.

Meanwhile, the Chilli Boys will be keen to end 2025 on a high, as they desperately need the three points to not lose grip on the log. Currently 16th with just eight points, Chippa sit three points behind Magesi ahead of tonight’s clashes.

Chiefs, though, have a good record in PE, having won four of their last six contests.

Here is how they line up:

Chippa United: Msibi, Mfecane, Fasika, Majadibodu, Mosele, Matrose, Hlophe, Figureido, Kammies, Modise, Bonani

Subs: Sithole, Madingwana, Ntsundwana, Konqobe, Mbele, Malaoa, Eva Nga, Sithole, Seabi

Kaizer Chiefs: Petersen, Mako, Miguel, Kwinika, Monyane, Matlou, Maboe, Ngcobo, Vilakazi, Velebayi, Da Silva

Subs: Bvuma, Msimango, Solomons, McCarthy, Ndlovu, Shabalala, Mmodi, Mayo, Ighodaro
