Carling All Star XI Announced

The Carling All-Stars team that will take on Orlando Pirates in the Carling Black Label Cup final on Saturday, 13 December, at the Moses Mabhida Stadium has been announced.

With the Betway Premiership season currently in recess due to the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations, only players who were not selected to represent their nations at the continental showpiece were made available.

Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns have the most players in the squad, with four players each.

Here’s the final squad:

Brandon Petersen – Kaizer Chiefs
Keabetswe Khonyane – Siwelele FC
Sikhosonke Langa- Sekhukhune United
Vincent Sithole – Mamelodi Sundowns
Thabo Nkabinde – Mamelodi Sundowns
Marcelo Allende – Mamelodi Sundowns
Thulani Mabaso – Kaizer Chiefs
Mfundo Vilakazi – Kaizer Chiefs
Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo – Marumo Gallants
Naledi Hlongwane – Kaizer Chiefs
Arthur Sales – Mamelodi Sundowns

Last season, the Carling All Stars team beat Stellenbosch 2-1 in the final with Jose Riveiro leading the charges.
