Bafana vs Zambia Starting XI

Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos has named his starting line-up for today’s friendly international against Zambia at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Gqeberha.

South Africa come into this tie on the back of a 3-0 victory over Rwanda which sealed their qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup to be co-hosted by USA, Canada and Mexico.

With the 2025 AFCON tournament just a month away, Bafana will use this clash as their final preparation match for the continental showpiece.

Chipolopolo on the other hand also want to use this friendly as a dress rehearsal for next month’s AFCON where they have been pitted in Group A against hosts Morocco, Mali and Comoros.
