The Bafana Bafana squad to compete in next month’s CHAN finals has been announced by SAFA.
With the competition set to take place at the same time as the domestic competitions in South Africa kick off, there had been several question marks over which players would be made available by clubs for the competition that is only open to those playing in their home nation.
With that in mind, it is unsurprising that twelve of the players named in the squad are currently free agents.
Mamelodi Sundowns have the most players in the squad, with five players from the Brazilians released for the squad.
